This course on humanistic and ethical design is aimed at young students who want to make a difference through thoughtful and innovative design. Students will explore how to design solutions that address real-world problems, prioritise sustainability and reduce the proliferation of non-essential consumer goods. The curriculum emphasises conscious consumer behaviour and encourages students to consider the environmental and social impact of their designs and purchases. Through practical projects and critical discussions, students learn to develop solutions that are not only functional and aesthetically pleasing, but also ethical and compatible with humanistic values.
